ShareCare of Leelanau is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting older adults in Leelanau County. Through a network of staff and volunteers, ShareCare provides essential services such as medical and wellness rides, respite care, seasonal assistance, friendly phone calls, caregiver support, and community programs like the Memory Cafe. By connecting neighbors with neighbors, ShareCare strengthens our community and ensures seniors and caregivers have the support they need to thrive.
